Hello there. We serve a number of Spanish-speakers everyday, and look forward to serving them. At this time, our call-center provides English speaking only. We can successfully serve our Spanish-only speaking customer when they introduce a relative into the conversation, translating between us. Then, the on-site technician may or may-not be Spanish speaking, depending upon location and time-of-day. While we do not offer full Spanish-speaking on our end, our commitment is the same no matter the language: Restoring your hot water quickly, professionally, and with value.
