With limited capital, he pitched his vision to over 1,000 people, securing investments and growing the company from a small plumbing business to a regional leader.
In the beginning, the company focused on operational efficiency, allowing for same-day water heater installations, setting it apart from competitors. As the business expanded into Oregon and California, Jason recognized the need to offer more services for long-term customer relationships.
